Dream Dolls Do's & Don'ts
Q: How long does it take for my order to be processed?
A: Please allow us up to 3-5 days for processing payment, 7-10 business days for custom unit request and 2-3 business days for shipping of all orders.
Q: Are your extensions 100% Virgin Hair?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I apply oil to my extensions?
A: Yes. The only oil that is recommended for our hair extensions is very small amounts of Argan oil.
Q: Can I straighten or curl my hair extensions
A: Yes
Q: How long does the Virgin Hair extension last?
A: The longevity of your product depends upon how well you take care of your extensions. With good and proper care, our virgin extensions can be reused and reinstalled and last for up to one year.
Q: Can I use styling products on my Virgin Hair Extensions?
A: Yes, but we recommend that you keep products to a minimum to avoid build up. For a wet and wavy look we suggest a leave in conditioner and water. DON’T USE MOUSSE!!! We strongly suggest AVOIDING alcohol base drying products as they can dry your extensions out.
Q: Can I wash and blow-dry my extensions?
A: Yes. Our extensions are 100% Virgin Human Hair which means you can do with them as you do with your own natural hair.
Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A: For health and safety reasons, there is no refund or exchanges. If a item is defective, please email and contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Q: Do you have any full units or clip ons?
A: Yes. Full units and clip ons are available upon request
Q: Can I color my hair extensions?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I swim in my hair extensions?
A: Yes you can swim in your hair extensions but we suggest putting some form of leave in conditioner on hair to ensure the protection from any chlorine in a pool.
Q: How many bundles do I need for a full sew in?
A: For inches 14-18 we suggest 2 bundles. For inches 20-30 we suggest 3-4 bundles. But in the end It is all up to the discretion of the customer on how many bundles to use.
Q: What color are the hair extensions?
A: The hair comes in the original state of the donors hair. Which is normally closest to a 1B but all of hair can be colored to your liking.
